The Laboratory for high-precision laser research is a department of the Fritz Haber Institute for Physical Chemistry in Berlin. The planning and realization of this laboratory led to the limits of technical feasibility.DGI Bauwerk accepted the challenge and is about to complete the building soon.

The Max Planck Institute of Molecular Genetics in Berlin receives a functional building with the construction of Tower 3. The new Tower completes the existing complex of laboratory buildings - Tower 1, 2 and 4 – by providing the urgently needed theoretical work spaces.
