To help keeping this promise DGI Bauwerk has been running a certified Quality Management System since more than 10 years.
The system has established procedures to be followed by each member of staff to ensure the best possible service to our clients. At the same time it offers assistance and practical hints to junior members of staff. So we make sure that our services are at equally high level, independently of the persons involved.
The first certificate was issued in 1996 and the system has been updated ever since. By now it is well established and accepted by the entire staff as a practical tool to ensure the quality of services our clients are asking for.
