The construction project is located in Berlin’s district Pankow in the family-friendly neighbourhood Arnimkiez/Prenzlauer Berg. The residential complex with condominiums and rental flats will be built on a divided plot in two construction phases [House A and House B/C] with a total of 73 residential units. It is integrated into the existing urban structure. House A develops in an l-shape along Driesener Straße and in depth along the fire wall of the neighbouring development. In this 6-storey apartment building, which ends with a stacked storey, 24 condominiums will be created. House A, together with the adjoining five-six storey rear building [House B/C], forms a U-shaped arrangement around an unobstructed south-facing courtyard. The 49 rental units in houses B/C can be reached from Driesener Straße via an open passageway on the ground floor/house A, which is also a fire brigade passageway. Different sizes of barrier-free residential units are on offer, with 1- to 5-room and maisonette flats ranging from 41 m² to 108 m² of living space.
