Building for science and research is a complex field, where we have collectedextensive experience throughout the years. Apart from newbuild, refurbishment and adaptation of large research facilities gets increasingly into the focus. By preparing feasibility and project studies for our clients we evaluate and develop solutions for prospective projects in terms of chances, and risks. To enable  the client to make decisions on a sound basis.

STUDIES + COMPETITION

BIM – Building Information Modeling

At the beginning of each project we hold coordinating meetings regarding BIM services with all participants  in order to implement milestones and inspection intervals of BIM processes in the schedules. So we create a transparent and clearly structured base that supports the smooth planning process from the start.
When collaborating with expert planners we benefit from the integrated BIM process by provided 3D models, collision checks, details and common fundamentals.

Cost Management – compliance and control

Expertise from 30 years of experience is pooled in our inhouse developed cost control software KS +. This allows us to record , analyze and present the cost situation of the project at all stages transparently.
Compliance with cost targets is guaranteed by integrated tools for cost analysis and benchmarks. By multistage forecasts we can always anticipade future cost trends and suggest appropriate early action. . On client request agreed reporting formats ensure up-to-date information.

Scheduling – compliance and control

The setup of complex construction processes is one of our key skills integrating all project participants in the scheduling process, intense monitoring and comprehensive communications  are the basis for successful scheduling. Consistent action secures achieving time targets.
